Stefano Quarini brings over 20 years leading complex industrial infrastructure and commissioning projects worldwide, with deep expertise in energy, waste-to-energy and water infrastructure.

He consistently operates at the forefront of high-stakes EPCC projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In critical transition phases, where delays, technical challenges, and operational risks demand immediate strategic clarity and decisive execution, his ability to rapidly diagnose root causes and align multidisciplinary teams has proven essential to project success.

Fluent in English, French and Italian, with working knowledge of Portuguese and German, he navigates multicultural environments with precision, combining exceptional technical depth with strategic leadership.
